The Founders

Drs. Douglas Jones and Atul Shah, understand your struggles and are here to help you. Both are American board certified allergists who are experienced in food allergy evaluation and management. They founded Global Food Initiative™ (GFI) to train other allergists on food allergy treatment implementation. Now they are bringing their experience and education to you with a one-of-a kind course designed for food allergic patients and parents. This course will help clarify the confusing food allergy myths and also give you a deeper understanding of food allergy.
